Above ammo is 200gr Hornady SP's. I'll get to reloading some 225gr Accubonds next week when I can get back out shooting. Hopefully they shoot somewhat straight and I can whack a moose or elk next month. Glad I finally decided to get one built, its a great cartridge and been wanting one for a looong time. Thanks to the guys at Rocky Mtn Rifles in Dawson Creek for their work on this one

Well, if that ain't the perfect all around NA rifle, I dont know what would beat it...

The 210ttsx is flying great in my .338wm...

Good looking gun and great Choice of chambering. I just finished load dev for my 338 win mag. 200gr ssts for deer and 210gr ttsxs for moose. Good luck with whatever you pick bullet wise.

Did you weigh the components before assembly?

only one I remember weighing was the Edge, 22oz before bedding. Factory B&C was 33oz

Looks like a fine rig. How do you like the FN trigger?

I'll say the same as Paul but substituting the 9.3x62.:D

FN "MOA" trigger is decent. Not amazing crisp, but its fine for a big game rifle. I'd replace it but I dont think anyone makes an aftermarket for an FN m70 yet, not that I have looked hard

Nice rifle!

As mentioned try the 210 TTSX. That bullet performs like it was designed specifically for the 338-06 :)

I'll try the 225gr AB's first since I got a box of them, if they don't shoot I'll try the 210gr TTSX. Also have 210gr Scirocco's here and some 200gr AB's. Also some 275gr Swift A-Frames...
