How long have these things been on the market?

I wonder if the newer ones are a little better as far as Quality control goes? I havent shot mine yet to find out but the box on mine is stamped "tested" AUG 2011
 
I was having alot of problems with mine dated AUG 2011.

I was given instructions from someone at ISSC head office to do this....
(put a washer between angel and breechblock assembly)

I also added some loctite on bolt #108

Will post results....

...$700 for a rifle that doesn't work correctly that the manufacturer then recommends you add a $0.05 washer to fix?? :HR:

There is a thread just a page down that will answer your questions .. To anyone reading this old info .. I purchased a unit with a May 2012 test date .. Was excellent right out of the box ( I had the fore knowledge to blue locktite the #108 bolts) has had about 600 rounds through it .. No light primer strikes ..
