Wanted a PRINTED. not downloaded SW manual and they're obliging- should be in the mail to me.

And since I'd called in, I asked for a date of manufacture and they provided it based on my serial #- very courteously.

The BAD is that they confirmed they will no longer ship firearm parts to Canada- used to be we could buy magazines and other odds and ends without any trouble.

Still, on the whole quite helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I guess we should count ourselves lucky that they will still ship whole guns to Canada, although why they can't, or won't, ship parts of NEW guns we can BUY here mystifies me...
