what sights for a 10/22 Carbine

HI All,
I have had my 10/22 for about a month now, although it came with a scope with a weaver mount, its fun but it seems to be taking away from the skill in shooting it, in my opinion.
I have been thinking of removing the scope and replacing it with some iron sights. I wanted to know if anyone has a suggestion on what I should look at if i wanted to replace the scope. Should I leave the Weaver mount on? should I just go with the factory sights? I have never done this and I want to make the ruger a little vintage if possible.

Any ideas and suggestion would be appreciated.

I bought the TS200 rear and post for the SKS from the maker in the States who then stopped selling to Canada.

For my 10/22, I have the same rear sight with the raised front sight on order from Hical here in Canada. I have as yest, not received it.

Do you really need the Tech Tool to adjust the tech sights ?
