Normal retail? Maybe with shipping, but look around and do the math. We’re lucky in CDN to have such a good number of dealers to chose from at great prices. Look at what's happening down in the US, not an SKS to be had for under $400 in any reasonable condition. $75 plus the cost of the ammo sounds like a good buy.

I got one from my LGS for $229. Tula, 1950 laminate stock. It looks really good overall, can't wait to shoot it (just finished the de-gunking). I know the price is a little higher than some places, but I didn't have to pay shipping.

Prices were the same last week in an another "SKS price" thread... same with the week before.

$199 for a beauty at Wanstalls. $170-200 at almost any store. Less for a shot out or rusted one on the EE. I wouldn't pay more than $200 for an SKS.

Lever Arms all the way! I bought a crate of them last year and they bent over backwards to ship them into Ottawa at a really good rate. I did make the stupid mistake of selling off 8 of them at cost. I don't care about the money I just want them all back.
