additional deer tags

I picked up a surplus doe tag for the area we moose hunt in but I did not recieve a deer licence sticker that gets attached to the deer only the validation sticker to put on tag .Do they plan on mailing them out later ????
 
I'm guessing you mean you got the tag that you affix to the deer, but there is no sticker to put on your license?

Welcome to wonderful Ontario, and our backwards MNR. Now instead of a handy little sticker to put on you license card, you have to carry the monstrosity of a tag, and if you put it on a deer, you have to tote the garbage that is left over around as proof of buying a license.
Can't stick with something that has worked for years, have to change it up to something more awkward for us a hunters, so it is more likely the CO's can charge us with a paper crime.
 
Ha the lady at the office taped my fishing license to my card. I bought additional doe tag bear tag n wolf tag. I now have enough bright greeny yellow tape to signal small aircraft. Welcome to ontario

Ridiculous, eh? They also come from the US if I'm not mistaken. WTF?

I have heard that too. I did also read some where though, that the job was put out for tender and no Canadian companies put in for it, thus the job went to the states. I'm all for keeping jobs in the country, but if no one wanted the job, then I guess the job won't stay here.
