Speedloader Questions

Looks like I'm late to the party. Tradex has a better price on them;

I've modified the duty pouches for IDPA style shooting by cutting away the snap flap at a good taper and then simply store loaded speed loaders in the pouches with rubber bands around the side "ears". After even overnight the ears take up a nice set from this pressure. They easily hold the loaded speed loaders in the pouch despite being tipped upside down. Yet they are very easy to extract for loading.

Now I just need to get in a little more practice with the setup and go for my SSR classifier.

Oh-Oh...I just order Safariland Comp II's from Brownells. They didn't say that shipment to Canada was a problem. Yet.

Let us know. As I said in post #14, I emailed them to ask about shipping to Canada and they said no go.

For those that care, Safariland directed me to R.Nichols for service in Canada.

Sure enough - they cancelled that part of my order:

DUE TO CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS WITH
THE MANUFACTURER ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN
CANCELLED FROM YOUR ORDER, WE REGRET
THE INCONVENIENCE.

Oh well - it's not like they are too hard to get in Canada. I've seen them at Epps, and also at Accuracy Plus to name just two.

Crappy. Being a gun owner in Canada is certainly an exercise in frustration. Most days it would try the patience of a saint simply trying to spend your money.

Williams had 5 new Comp II's ($13.95) and a pile of used ones (2 for $15). I took all 5 of the new ones and 3 used as well. Many thanks.

They also had stock on Comp III's for $19.95 if anyone is looking.

Just a quick tip of the hat to Williams Arms. I ordered partway through the day last thursday and got the speedloaders in the mail today. Very helpful and great service, colour me a satisfied customer.
