Nope mine to , dose yours say imported by lever arms on it ?just make sure you stake or lock tite the castle nut on your norinco...

shoots well though, no issues with accuracy, and even when the castle nut and backing plate were coming off, it still shot... didnt notice the issue till I put it on the rack
for 700$.... its better then a core or armalite... they wont do anything it cant.
