Tikka T3 magazine ?

Ok here`s the deal.Bought a new Tikka .223 REM stainless in Kamloops wholesale while passing through there for holidays.Got the rifle set up today and was ready to go till I went to load the clip?????????Guess what?????WRONG CLIP.It is marked with the letters SM and the 223 rounds are way to small.So Wholesale is going to ship me a new one when I send this one back.Now I need a spare clip anyway so trying to locate a new mag to use while waiting.My question is are the .223 clips caliber specific or cover most of the small rounds like 204-222 and 223.Would like to now for when I phone around?

If you haven't checked out the price of the new magazine, you might want to just wait until you get the replacement. They are expensive!

The prices are high but I was thinking of getting a Extended mag so I would have one of each.

Always, always check the goods before you leave the store.
This I have learned from too many oh crap moments.
I bought all the components to do a four corner brake job
on my buddies car.
The regular stuff, two rotors, pads for front, shoes for rear and such.
I opened the two boxes of rotors and inside were two used rotors.
Lordco got scammed.
I called and asked they send a rep up to my place.
They asked why and I told them.
They sent the cute little delivery gal up with two new boxes and took the old.
Man, some people are gutsy.

I sure hope they have a replacement for you.

No, I just didn't wish them to deem my honesty or lack there of.
I figured if the rep came by and saw the project in motion, he/her
wouldn't think it was I that was the scammer.
I was pretty much stunned by this....................

I dont think Tikka or Sako makes the 223WSSM for their rifles.

Tikka clips tend to cover many calibres with the same clip and are not calibre specific
