I think you're up-side down

i weight my VZ61 with the mag but without the folder and rate reducer, and it came in at 1.26 kg .

the rate reducer was 90 g.

light enuff if someone wanna shoot it like a pistol.

Not sure if anyone will be interested but I think I might make a custom conversion kit for a dillon square deal loader and making an extra at the same time won't be much harder than making the one. Pm me if interested ( will star working once I find some 32acp)

I love my Skorp... I can shoot 5rds in 2 seconds and be accurate. I had 2 friends shoot it for the first time and it was pretty popular at the range. Everyone says the same thing, that's the weirdest thing I've ever shot, but it's damn cool. Wish the brass didn't fly straight up in the air and on your head... nothing is perfect. This thing is FUN!

Don't think my range buddy's cousin had the stock to her shoulder... first time shooting it. She had more fun one-handed.

That thing sure jumps around for a 32acp
I don't think my PPK jumps that much

It wouldn't if she had the stock on her shoulder... it was her first time shooting it and she didn't know how to hold it comfortably. Almost no recoil, or muzzle rise. You can put 5 quick shots in a small grouping if held properly. I am willing to bet that the velocity is higher out of the skorp rather than a 32acp pistol...

So, I finally got out to shoot my skorp on the weekend. I was using American Eagle ammo, this stuff:

The guns was clean, and lubed lightly.

I was having lots of failures to feed! At least one every second mag! I noticed the long mags are considerably looser than the short one, and this may be factor. The rounds seem to be going slightly high, and getting stuck on the notch cut out for the extractor, at the top of the breech area.

I removed the rate reducer near the end of my rounds, and the last couple of mags fired fine, but I suspect this was a coincidence, and I had no more rounds with me to continue testing. On the upside, I can confirm this part plays no critical role.

Has anyone else encountered this?

I had failures to feed, then I disassembled and noticed the receiver walls were gunked up and more importantly the feed ramp... Cleaned the hell out of it (everything) and oiled generously (these like to be shot wet). 100% afterwards. All my mags have a little play in them, they do move a little. Most people use them as a forearm, that might be why.

I sprayed that sh!t in there good. Think bolt/receiver walls need to be lubed generously. Had to clean feed ramp... caked on crap.
