Air rifle on the bottom?

You can outfit an SU-16F with the AR stock and handle and the FAL fore end for just under $1000 and it's quite accurate when sighted in. Mines a bit over $1000 but it's got some extra goodies aside from just the AR stock and fore end.

I've got an MR1 on the EE at the moment. It does take the LAR15 mags as well as any AR type mags. I like to run the PMAGs with the ranger plates when prone s I find I can steady the rifle almost as much as with a bipod.

Beautiful rifles and accurte too. Mine is on the EE because I want to try an XCR ...

PM me if you are interested, I am negotiable on the price.

I was looking for the same thing a few months ago, and I also ended up thinking that the SU-16 is the best option. For the price its hard to beat, and LAR mags work perfectly along with any other AR mag. I haven't had any reliability issues with mine after 500 rounds, its accurate, and it can be customized to be an awesome AR look alike. Also being non restricted it adds up to a really fun rifle to shoot :).

And yeah the FAL quad rail is a great addition to the rifle :p.

That is fantastic :). Makes me want one even more.

The one yesterday was priced very reasonably, $1250. I would never pay $1800 for the AR-180B. Too bad they are stamped 5.56, or Id just import one from the USA, they are running like $600 to $800 down there lol.

I am looking for non-restricted, since I live close to an abandoned gravel pit on crown land and like to plink there, so the Norc AR is out of the question :(.

Where have you seen these prices??? I just looked at gunbroker and its 900+.

Hey!! Yeah it was your rifle I was talking about in above post. Man it looks good with that quad rail!! Did it require a lot of modification to fit? Easy to remove? I'm building one like yours in a couple months.

I am extremely satisfied with the forend, its completely solid on the gun, adds lots of space for accessories and it looks great too. It requires a bit of modification, but with the right tools (like a good dremel) it doesn't take much more than an hour. One of the big reasons for using this forend is that the top rail section can be removed, which is essential for disassembling the rifle for cleaning. Lots of information and pictures can be found on the original mod thread at the Kel-Tec Owners Group forum here.

Also for the MR1 supporters, here is a picture from the same forum, showing what kind of accuracy the SU-16 is capable of.

Thanks.

question a mr1 can use xcr pistol mag in it ?

im looking for a new toys and i want a gun with a 10round mag ^^

Mine had to be modified to remove it from the rifle. there is a dimple above the slot that the mag release grabs the mag with. It had to be pounded in otherwise it was a real PITA to get the mag out. I had alot of FTF with Winchester white box hollows. Factory mag fed them all fine but the xcr mag had quite a few failures. Hopefully it was just the HP ammo, Ive got some Hornady zombie ammo to try, hopefully with better results. As far as which rifle to get OP, a used MR1 fits your budget perfectly, I paid just under $1300 all in for mine with about 300 rds fired, it is nearly mint.
