what tha hell.. is there ZERO online store that sells factory drop in trigger assembly and bolt assembly ?

Now we are so good in Canada that we only sells competition grade stuff ? I could hunt the EE but being in a hurry a little (and get some kind of warrenty that the stuff is new).. would rather order online but i have been searching for a while now and getting tired to not-be able to empty my wallet on guns.

I just gonna show up at my gun store and buy yet another 10/22 just for a few parts and ditch the rest, will fix my problem but its sad and cost way more that way. Even snapshots does not answer my request. geez.

Any suggestion before I go to the gun store in a few hours ?

For that matter, if we are so good in Canada that we only can buy competition parts, there must be a plethora of slightly used factory parts sitting on gun benches all across Canada. Have you tried a WTB in the EE?

What exactly are you looking for? Trigger group, bolt...?....?....

You were the closest i could have deal on the EE for parts Wham-O.. before the good stuff disapeared :)

well.. from my other thread, the shopping list is pretty much

(i need everything that goes in an empty receiver beside the barrel, stock, and the receiver itself)

a complete trigger assembly to drop in my Dlask receiver
and a bunch of small stuff around the bolt
a Bolt, charging handle, recoil spring, guide rod, v-block, receiver pins

touché.. but in my thread i am refering to "i want new and not used" if possible

i was editing my speech while you wrote this :)

If you decide to buy a new ruger to strip it let me know, I'm in the market for a receiver.

TDC

you got that right, if i end up at the gun store later (but something gotta happen today) i will have an extra receiver and i saw plenty of people looking for one on the EE, including me at a time... at least it will help financing a new rifle a little.

Send them an email with an easy to read list.
Maybe point form.
If they are busy, the phone may not be the wisest choice of
communication.
The list they can return with prices.
Cheers.

if you are talking about snapshots.. it was a email list, easy to understand, and it was more than 3 days ago... no Carole!

I think a factory bolt and trigger group will cost you around $130 from western gun parts, they also sell timney triggers both the complete group and the drop in if you wanted to upgrade straight away.

Try Dlask arms he makes his own recivers and buys the factory triggers and does a job on them and there not bad at all...

I just got a 10/22 from Prairie Gun Traders - Found the Obscure Target Stainless I wanted and got it much less than MSRP. Any of the local dealers didn't have a 10/22 and couldn't tell me when they would have any again. Can't even get any magazines in good ol' NS. PGT sent it to me across Canada in a little less than a week. If you are on the fence about ordering online these guys are a good bunch to give a try. Now to find the Takedown . . .

Finally i just came back from my gun shop with a stainless steel 10/22 carbine ready to harvest the pieces i need.. and gonna unload a bunch of brand spanking new pieces of the EE really soon
