Sorry, missed this by a minute.

The origional frame or the MK6 were fine with smaller hands. My 10 year old boys can handle my GP6 without trouble.

The MK7 and the current Grand Power guns have the interchangeable backstrap system so the fit should be even more certain.

thanks Canuck223.

I like the grip angle of the Glock 17 Gen4 but the grip just doesnt fit right in my hands. Thats why I am looking at the Grand Power.
I found the CZ is pretty snappy too.
Are you from Vancouver cause you use "Canuck" as your name.

It's one of, if not, the softest shooting 9mm pistols I have ever shot (and not trying to brag but I have shot a lot of different handguns). Barely barely recoiled, it was amazing.
 
Oh great.... lots of slots in the slide to let dirt and other grunge into the works...

No thanks. Also I find it's busy looking to the point of grossly ugly.

Fair enough, I like the looks of the standard K100. The scallops are not to everyones taste, but my guess is they are more for weight reduction than esthetics.

I prefer the 147 gr bullets and Viht N320 powder.

I'd get the gun and try it as is before you worry about the SA trigger.

I have the GP6 and the stock trigger is awesome in single action as is. The new X-Caliber is supposed to have an even lighter single action pull (16 vs 25 Newtons).

Swapping out the trigger isn't terribly hard.
 
Like my first model target. Trigger pull is pretty light in single action - no creep. I usually shoot 115Gr. bullets. I think the long slide and 120mm barrel would be the cats meaow to shoot. Not impressed with the model STI has with 120mm barrel sticking out of the short slide. Needs the longer sight radius and looks worse to me than the slots on the long slide.
