I would say more like 60%.They're apparently talking about letting the blind ayatollah go back to Egypt to show how sorry they are that Americans have freedom of speech. It's really repulsive to see a country that has spent the last 80 years apologizing to no one for anything, crawling around in front of a bunch of religious wierdos in foreign countries that 50 years ago would have been serious fodder for conversion to glass plates if they had acted this way.
