Hey guys,

I want to get a Flash hider put on my Keltec RFB and was wondering if anyone could let me know of a great flash hider for the 308 rifle. Hoping to find one both for decreasing muzzle flash and decrease muzzle jump.

Not at all bro, i have one on my trg-42 too and about the same weight as the factory sako
On the rfb, it weight more then a A2 style or similar but the gun is very well ballanced you can't see the difference. But man, so effective...

where did you buy the muzzle brake. Also does anyone else know of any other sites beside Dlask to buy 308 muzzlebrake/flash hider.

Edit: Seems one shot tactical answered before I did.

FYI...
Mounting a 'muzzle device', be it a flash hider or compensator voids your warranty....

I contacted Keltec and this was their exact response:

All the warranty info is in the back of the manual. It’s a lifetime warranty to the original owner for manufacturer defects. If you had the barrel threaded, it would void the warranty on the barrel, and the receiver if it was damaged while removing it. I’m not sure when to expect the muzzle breaks to be back in stock.

Either way im not the original owner, but the rifle is unfired so hopefully I could somehow pass it off as a gift or what not.

Hi ###x,

No, you can safely thread the muzzle without voiding the warranty and you don’t even have to remove the barrel to do it. Our wholesaler in Canada knows a company that can do this for you if needed.

Canada: Vault Distribution – PO Box 104, Vancouver, BC Canada V5K 1Z6

lol. Im so confused.....

i don't really know, i have a lathe so i didn't use that KIT, i just READ on it
my friend order one and will post comment's here once done !!
i did mine on my lathe !!!

Interesting, as it is Vault's stated policy that if you thread the bbl, they will not honour ANY part of the warranty - not just the bbl.

Too bad since I would easily give up the bbl warranty to thread it, it's only the gas system and colt carrier that I would be concerned about.
