According to their low price pledge they will.. and it very specifically says that they throw in free shipping. Doesn't say anything about taking shipping costs of their competitor into account.

As long as the ammo is the same/comparable that is. (which it looks like it is)

It's also called "7.62 Russian"

223 is
.223 inch or 5.56 mm (bullet diameter).. usually refers to ".223 Remington" which some believe is interchangeable with 5.56mm NATO (and apparently they're not interchangeable except in certain firearms)
