Russian SKS's retailers..

Not trying to cause a hassle just looking for the best quality Russian SKS...Of our supporting sponsors who in your opinion usually has the best Soviet SKS's in stock...I remember an ad from somebody a year ago or so saying they had outstanding quality Russian SKS's and I can't remember who it was... Just wondering...opinions please.

I'm looking for preferrably a non-refurb tula sks but would be interested in both prices, laminated stocks are usually refurbs right?
everything before taxes price works best for me inc. shipping but I usually assume 30-50 for shipping anyways
