Help :Value Of This BSA Martini

I have received this rifle and I am going to put it up for sale on the exchange,
but really have no idea as to its value.
It is an International Mk lll.
Not sure what the sighting system is either.
I hope the pictures will help.
Any information is greatly appreciated.

Quite a nice .22 - Thought that was a scope but it looks like a fancy diopter sight system.

Roughly $800 without sights... Add another $300 for the standard issue sights, you should have no problem getting $1100, mind you that tube diopter is foreign to me an not standard issue by any means. It does look rare though, so I'd look into that before selling it. You never know, the sights could be worth almost as much as the gun.
