I've just finished prepping a pile of the Norinco .223 for reloading. I deprime, clean, lube, FL size, clean again, check in a case gauge, remove primer crimp, trim, deburr, clean neck mouth, measure for final length. The brass looks great and the only problem I've seen is about 3 pieces with screwed up neck mouths (I think they got pinched during firing) and about 4 that wouldn't fit in the case gauge after FL sizing. I've prepped about 500 so far (I haven't loaded any yet) and that's the results I've had so far.
