Chris Costa Action Figure

You never played with He-Man or built models and things like that of WW2????........Also the Costa Figure is not something you play with but put in a display or something on a desk...I find you're logic and reasoning of how this equates to being ### really out there and bizarre........

Just so you know it takes hours to put these together, it's the same as setting up a battle display in a glass cabinet, its a hobby.... Although there are weird people out there that might do stuff like what you mention I fail to see the connection here..

When I say ### - just to clarify - I don't mean homosexual. Like a lot of words, "###" has more than one meaning and as far as I'm concerned, in this context it's got nothing to do with homosexuality and everything to do with ###.

No, I never played with he-man. Yes, I am sure it takes hours to put these together and no doubt the owners really value the special time they're sharing with their man-dolls. Yes, I definitely see the parallel with spending hours putting battle displays in cabinets. I would describe that kind of behaviour as "####ing ###". Even more so if it involved dolls, of course. Setting up displays in cabinets is something my wife does, and I don't judge her for it, particularly. She also buys dolls off ebay once in a while. Hell, lots of guys' wives or daughters probably do...maybe it's nothing to be ashamed of.

Whatever consenting adults want to do is fine...but frankly, I AM here to judge, and I find that kind of thing really, really hurting. But hey, I play in a band that lots of people probably hate. People are free to do whatever they want with their time. But that doesn't mean I have to think playing with dolls is anything other than hurting, bad. I find it hard to believe any guy would think anything else.

I'd sell out too if someone wanted to make a doll in my likeness and pay me for it.

It would look cooler than Costa's though.

I'm not sure they could replicate my $30 Zellers soft shell shooting jacket or $10 shooting pants. Oh yeah, I don't have a beard and I'm a little bit more rotund than Costa is, but I'm taller and in my book that makes me better (and more collectable).

I don't have as cool a rifle as Costa, but my pistol is pretty bad ass. They have to make sure they get it right though, or Leibermuster won't buy my doll and put it on his shelf (I don't want to know how many hours he'll spend "posing" me, but then I won't care, because his money will be in my bank account).

That took me a bit of time to figure out...but now I get it and I am going to tell people that in the future. I think we're more hated, but by a much more select audience. Mainly because we're nowhere near successful enough to have many people know us enough to hate us. Even though, if they did, they probably would.

Someone needs to market Chris Costa Holloween costume kits, so you can dress up like him.

Haha, hilarous post man, but I'd say it's a pretty *ucking accurate assessment.

As far as dolls, figures, and hobbies are concerned, but I don't see anything wrong with collecting this $hit. I don't have any dolls or figures, but I don't think it's any different than displaying a 1/48 scale model of an F-14 or something. I have tons of 1/12 scale die-cast car models.....I don't play with them or roll them on the floor saying "vroom-vroom" or anything (I'm sure some people do, but that's none of my business). My cars just sit on my shelf for display, and I don't see anything wrong with that. And I don't see that being different than someone who collects figures.....unless of course you're some sort of *ucking deviant who likes to jerk-off on them or play goatsie-man and stick them up your arse.

I miss the days when we could call something "###" without it being a hate crime or have anything to do with homosexuality.
 
Haha, that must have been a long time ago because they've had that word for as long as I can remember. Does anyone know when they got the word "pride"?

Haha, no - I was just referencing the South Park episode where the kids were labelled homophobic because they called bikers "fags". I think you guys are reading way too much into this stuff sometimes... ;)
