Sti ar uppers?

Hey everyone looking to see if anybody has any input about STI uppers
Are they any good?

More important is what bolt and carrier you use.

They are really nicely put together.....Typical STI fit & finish

Just got my upper from S&J Hardwaer yesterday

Simon there built it with their 14.5 inch barrel and a 12 inch rail of theirs mated to an sti upper and I have to say it is a great upper

I may even like it better then my Valtor MUIR upper. The sti lacks the m4 feed ramps but I have had no feed issues at the range today at all

I have one and its fit and finish are good. the only thing with the one i got its not cutt for the M4 feed ramps

The STI uppers don't have M4 feed ramps but i havent had any feed issues on my upper and dont notice any cycling differences from this upper to my Valto Muir which has M4 feed ramps
