Dominion arms Backpacker

So what shotgun do you guys recommend for zombie posts as this one is over 2 years old and the original poster hasn't been on cgn for a year now. Ps, i recommend an h&r tamer in 20 gauge.:)

bahahaha, i'm guilty. didn't look at OP date, just saw a topic that i could "chime in" on...too funny.....but i'll take the H&R Tamer 20 as well...matter of fact i did, got one ordered after i had a chance to try a friends out.

Chop down an old shotgun into a backpacker. Will likely cost less, and I have heard that there are issues with the DA's fore stock coming loose and falling off....

And build yourself a prohibited firearm and proceed directly to jail (do not pass go, do not collect $200).

The forestock on my JW-2000 is loose, I've been meaning to take it to work to replace the hardware. The screws came loose after I shot it about 30 times; I went to tighten them and it turns out there isn't much for threads on the one of them. It doesn't appear to be getting any worse, and it can't fall off. I would not be surprised if this isn't an isolated incident. Like any Norinco product, you might as well take it all apart when you get it, clean the grease, inspect, locktite all fasteners and torque them correctly, then shoot it.

Um, Sorry dude, if the barrel is shortened to 18 1/2 inches it is not prohibited. Search "cutting barrel" on this forum.......
Also, see "Dominion Arms Backpacker: a short review" on this forum.

A cooey single shot with a shortened to 18 inch barrel ( it's not a semi auto so you might as well go short as possible....a hair over 18 inches is good to go!)will be lighter then the Backpacker to carry and not much longer.......a lot cheaper and made in Canada!

The Backpacker had a 13" barrel. If you cut it to that, it would be a prohib. :ang3
