Turkish Girsan 9mm(Beretta 92 clone)

I saw this on Armco's website and though I'd share. Maybe someone is looking for a Beretta 92 that doesn't want to pay the price tag for the Italian real deal. These must have proven reliablitly if the Turkish army is using them I would think. They are selling for $499. It even takes Beretta mags.

I got to handle a compact version of it, not too bad fit and finish wise, trigger was the same as any 92 I tried....long creepy D/A with a nice S/A.

I talked to a site sponsor about one and they were very plain spoken about this gun. Good gun for the money but fit and finish is not to Beretta standards. basically said the different in price is because of the fit and finish differences.

i bought one, and i love it, fit and finish is almost on par with the berretta, ive put many rounds thru without a hicup and easy to clean. Only time will tell i guess.

They take Beretta mags, and most Beretta parts.

As a Beretta 92fs owner, I'm wondering if the Girsan magazines are available and would fit the Beretta?

Real Beretta mags seem to be about $60, which is kind of steep for a metal box and a spring.
