What's the proper way to break in a new gun

I'm a newbie. So, I know nothing about ammo. Can u recommend me some ammo?
- for practice?
- IPSC match?
- What Gr works the best?
- brand?

Thx

Location matters...

if you are in Alberta, BDX ammo or Bullet Shop commercially reloaded is very popular with the IPSC crowd. If in BC, Custom Reloading is good stuff. All can be had for an excellent price.

If you are east of Alberta, I'd try to get some Wolf ammo. I used to shoot this (prior to reloading myself) and found it to be quite good. I think SFRC (sponsor above) carries it.

I'm from Vancouver. I probably will go to custom reloading.

Break in,....... isn't that for 1911's while in their first 500 rounds "this gun is suppose to suck period":p:p LOL.

Watch the video " I hate 1911's", it is hilarious. I like the Glock one he did as well, in case any hardcore Colt boys are going to flame this poor humble Glock owner.

If you find your CZ jamming a little,..... as with any auto pistol, just apply a little Glocktight, and it will run like a champ.
