Midwest Industries MRD mount for SKS?

Anyone use one of these? I tried a search but came up with nothing noteworthy.
I'd love to know if the casings still somehow bounce off the optice with the use of this mount.

Yep they some times do nick this mount. Although there is a mod that you can do to your rig to stop this from happening. Plus the screw's need to be locktited into place otherwise they do wiggly back out. But besides only being able to use one style of optic it's not bad price and they do ship to us canucks.
Although I would spend the extra $20 and get the bc tactical one. Less scews and more mounting solutions. Also nether of these mount's you will be able to use your iron sights to boot.

That can easily be fixed http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/foru...r-Red-Rifles&p=5702760&viewfull=1#post5702760 Just scroll down to the ejection port mod. Pretty straight-forward.. I'll only do it if a receiver-side mount gives me trouble is casings hitting the dot.
