Good gun just too bulky for my liking and the mag restriction didn't help my decision either.
They're nice. Stick with the tactical model (not a fan of the CQB with rail). Also worth the investment to have Herron manufacture a NR barrel for it. The only thing I don't like is the magazine compatibility (only steel or aluminium; no PMAG or other polymer magazines work).
I had one and put the non res barrel on it only to sell it shortly after. Good gun just too bulky for my liking and the mag restriction didn't help my decision either.
I dont even think questar sells the tactical versions anymore. Dont mind the flat top myself at least I can put whatever optic I like on it then
It will accept 10 round pistol mags coupled together tho wont it???
The tactical is the flattop version. I think you're thinking the original with the integrated optic.
Yes, but it won't take single LAR mags with a Ranger or L-plate (you need to use the C-Products loop).
I miss understood, the flat top is the version I am considering
2 LAR mags are better then one tho!!!!! Pmags wouldnt make or break me on this decision, would like to know how is the reliability and accuracy outta it???
Yes I did already speak to and want a Herron arms Non-restricted barrel if I do buy this.
Im a righty so I love the ambi control and ejection on it. Have considered the Tavor but dont like the fact I would have to put more $$$ down just to make it not kiss me with the ejecting brass
I really want to get the OD one that Questar has.
My gawd what an ugly gun!
If that's what you have your heart set on, get it.![]()
is there a 22LR version of this??
