so i just picked up a mossburg with a 25 round mag (only letting 15 go in stiff???) anyways i HATE how the mag relese works where u have to hold back the bolt hold rifle under ur arm let go ect ect ect anyways m wouldering if i modifie the peice of platic that the bolt hits when the mag is empty will it still work? i want it so the bolt can close when the mag is empty so i can 1 hand drop the mag?

Pull the bolt back and push in...it will stay in the open position and the mag drops out easily.
It does mention this in the instructions.

people have modded their mags for the M715T, however it's not really needed, practice makes perfect, go shootin' tootin!

for me, what i do is, after i dump a 25rd mag, and the action locks back because im empty, i normally use 1 hand to hold back the action, and another to take the mag out, i can do this rather quickly, just practise =-D

You will get used to it man, belive me, then it will be like nothing lol

took abit to get used to mine. but if you have it stay forward im imagining that you will dry fire the last shot from every mag. im not sure if the moss is designed for this. i hate the fact that my 10/22 doesnt have any kind of hold open, just when it stovepipes every 3rd round....

I only load my 25rd mags to 20...lol
You can count your rounds and leave one in the chamber , if it can be done safely .
The mag follower can be modd'd by cutting it level with the mag lips and beveling the rear of it.
But , as mentioned , you'll likely be dryfiring as least once a mg.
