perhaps....

a couple of bad guns get a lot of attention, but most of them are working just fine.

I think its important that UTAS should be more careful with what gets shipped out.

You'd think, the UTS-15's being UTAS' appearant flagship product, that they bet heavily on in setting up production in the U.S. and whatnot, that they would have have gotten the major QC and design issues squared away before the product intro?
 
judging by price, prophets are not the "military" package ones with the barrel extension and light/laser.
