my .303

its quite nice, just finding parts for them now, the most difficult part is finding a bolt, but apparently the bolt needs to be fitted to the gun im not sure, hoping i can find somebody here that will be able to help me out with it all

The bolt doesn't need to be fitted on the No4 - the bolt head needs to be correct, that's why they made the changeable bolt head.

Maybe. Both locking lugs should be engaging. Used rifle, replacement used bolt salvaged from another rifle, who knows? Headspace is adjusted by changing boltheads, although the boltheads need to be checked to insure that the fit the bolt properly.

the one from my sporter fits it perfectlly,

I would leave the sporter bolt with the sporter.

If you havn't figured it out yet the Parker Hale sporters are a little special when it comes to sporter Enfields. They were done at the factory and get a preimum when it comes to resale.

Finding a bolt for the No4 you have is not a big deal, I have several spare in my parts bin for when I get one that is missing a bolt.
