Hey guys I tried searching but didn't come up with much just trying to find out about what kits are out there
( throw me a link if you got one) Only ones I know of are for 10/22, and why don't they make more? Who cant appreciate a bad a$$ non restricted and cheap ammo :)

While I find some of these kits interesting, I must admit that I don't really "get" the whole concept of putting a 10-22 in a fancy box to resemble something else. It won't shoot any better than a 10-22, so why not just shoot a regular 10-22 and buy an airsoft replica of your favourite MG (or whatever) to hang on the wall. However I notice that many people on CGN seem to like to enclose their 10-22 in cladding to resemble a G36 or an M4, so I am probably in the minority here.
 
For me i find it fun to put the kit together and have something different to plink with, I don't hunt just shoot paper and 25$ for 500 rounds I can't go wrong :)

Just to give it that extra little bit of flare. Honestly like the SAW kit.
 
Man that SAW kit is sick... id want another 10/22 just to put in that thing.

I like my 10/22 in the nomad kit because it feels better in my hands than the regular gun. Ergonomically it feels great. But, it looks amazing too. NO ONE seem my nomad without getting all excited about it and wanting to shoot it. Sure, its just a .22... but its the closest thing ill get to the feel of shooting a real G36 so ill take it.
 
Awesome Fiero reference. I used to get some funny looks at the range pulling up in my Fiero. No body kits for me either on the Fiero or my rifles but self expression is cool, especially in a country where a lot of rifles are restricted or prohibitted.
 
IIRC, Fabsports was hoping to bring the SAW kits in a few years back. Don't know what the official story was, but I think the deal may have fell through, as they disappeared from their site, and not much else seemed to be mentioned of them. Most likely the price made them unfeasable as a big seller, judging by the one Tom E Gun mentions.

Sure! Since we aren't trusted to defend our lives with them, they are pretty much toys... And I am always willing to add a nice toy to my playground ;)
