Is it matching? Shoulder stock slot? Post pics so folks can see what you've got. Show all markings, condition of barrel, grips etc. Any waffenamts on the magazine - pics of the mag as well. I'm assuming WW2 magazine and not aftermarket.

Off hand its a German Occupation Type II w/o the slot.
The 625 or 825 number may be 623 which if I recall correctly indicates either parts made at a sub plant in Poland with final assembly at Steyr or made and assembled at Steyr depending on whether its E/ or WaA. The WaA189 on the magazine indicates the Steyr sub plant in Warsaw.
Check to see if the barrel matches anything and look inside the top of the slide for the serial number, and whether it matches the frame or barrel. (W86xx)
