Oh yes I know this...It's just been longer than normal (from other peoples threads/replies) and I had not heard anything back from email so I thought maybe posting on here would garner a quicker response.

Direct contact by emails and phone calls should be the normal way things like this should be settled, not posting about it in a business members forum (which seems to be the norm right now). I suggest everyone reads this before they fill business sponsor's sections with things that can be solved with a phone call instead:
