I just bought this for $100. It came with a case, 2 slugs and 4 rounds of shot. I don't know much about the brand other than its Turkish but the wood is real nice and hey, for $100? An old guy owned it and he said he fired about 5 rounds through it. I'm gonna give it to my son as a christmas gift, he's 11, I think he'll love it! Anyone know anything about these?

I have been looking at one of these at WSS, but haven't been able to make the decision between 410 versus 12 gauge. It looks like a good deal for the money.

Prophet river sells them. I've never shot one but I've heard the quality is decent. I've seen some on prophets site that had really nice looking wood for what they are

This thing is the best bang for the buck I ever spent.

Very well made for the price. Feather lite too. Your kid will love it.
I also like the fack that you can you can decock it without dry firing it or using a snapcap.
(Press the cocking trigger in front of the trigger and pull the trigger while the cocking trigger is fully pressed, then gently release the cocking trigger. Done)

My only complaint is with the safety switch. It feels a bit flaky but haven't got any problems with it so far.

I used it for most of the last year small game season. Brought back home more than 60 partidges with it.
This year I switched to a .20 O/U.

For those looking for one, Sail in Montreal have them too.

It is a no brainer. If you see one, buy it. You will not regret.

Wow $100 is a great deal.I love my Yildez 410.I must have nailed a dozen grouse with it this fall.very nice shotgun.I like how it folds so small into its case and fits into a tool box on the quad!

Thanks for the replies. I knew as soon as I held it that the quality was good. It just seems tight for lack of a better word. It's in brand new condition so I felt the price was right. The guy I got it from misplaced it so he bought another one just like it and ended up finding it shortly after. The boy has been bugging for a .410 but this was his first season with his .22 so I wanted him to use it for a full season before I got him another one. Now I'm excited for Christmas to see the look on his face lol.

You're welcome :)

Also the .410 is significantly safer than a 22 in the hands of a youngster for whatever happen to be beyond the intended target.

We bought one for my mom to mess around with when she comes out shooting with us, the 12ga was just to much for her. So far she absolutely loves it, everyone else enjoys shooting it as well :shotgun:
