Magpul MOE A2 Stock

I just ordered a MOE A2 replacement stock from OST last week. Decided to go with foliage green for something different. You seldom see that colour on the pics of AR's on CGN. I think coyote brown would look great as well.

I'll post pics of it here when it arrives.

I wasn't quoted an exact cost on it yet, however, knowing Darren it'll be reasonably priced. He mentioned several weeks if it were in stock. If not, it's anyone's guess.

$100 is too much to pay in my opinion. They're $70 USD retail and most of the sponsoring dealers are fairly close to the US pricing on most Magpul items.

Yeah. It was steep, but I figured $66 at brownells would be $75 after shipping and potentially more if I get slapped with duty...so in the end I paid a bit more to walk home with it that very same day, but not as much as it would initially seem.

Ya I definitely agree with both of you. That is pretty steep given the MSRP, but at the same time I would pay it if I could bring one home right now lol.

I really want one of these for my 24", mostly because I can't spend the money on a PRS right now. I love the look of these, plus I'll be building a carbine upper as well, and I think it would look great with a shorter barrel like you guys said as well.

yup the black one is B.O from Brownells but for 56.45 + 5.75 ship thats a great price.... And USPS first class rarely gets hit with customs...

Had a solid day at the range today with my MOE A2 stock. It's comfortable and the LOP is great. It's solid and offers a comfortable cheek weld. The best part about the stock is that you have a place for your left hand (or non-trigger hand) when you're shooting off of a bag, bipod or rest of some kind. You can also store something in the stock like a bore snake, extra batteries for your sight, GPS, e-calls or whatever. Put some beef jerky in there for all I care. In fact, I encourage it. Anyways, I really like it and it will probably permanently remain on my Swiss Arms.

Damn, I was hoping you were going to say you hated it and consequently wanted to sell me it! :p

In all seriousness though thanks for the pics and review! Looks amazing and glad to hear you are enjoying it.
