NEA AR15 Lower Sale $124.95

Is this seriously the case? If so, I certainly wouldn't want to test the theory but would be very curious how this would go down in a court of law.

Crown - your honour, the defendent was transporting a nefarious restricted firearm without it being trigger locked and in plain view. I have it here. It doesn't actually have a trigger, internals, firing pin, reciever, barrel or any other parts but the criminal, I mean defendent was flaunting societys conventions....(in the voice of Jackie Chiles.....)

Yessir. The lower receiver is the "firearm" and restricted firearms must be transported accordingly. I would think the courts would cut you some slack as it is completely non-functional....but that's the law as it is written.

Are these the "purple lowers"? Or has that been addressed and resolved?

And will the colour match any upper receiver?

NEA lowers have that "Colt Grey" I think its called. They are not dark black.

When I used a Colt upper, the colour was very similar.

AS far as matching all uppers, they won't since not all are finished the same colour.

These will start shipping Monday as they are approved. We logged them today and transfers start tomorrow.

just curious, how many of these needed to come back Ryan? Not trying to stir the pot, just wondering if the recent threads have been all the same, or just a small number of these 40?

I'm waiting for the one that is coming back to get here so I can take a look at it.

Got mine today. Looks great.... However I am missing a part from the LPK I had.... ( I did not order the LPK from sfrc) so I guess I have to track down another trigger spring.

I picked up an NEA lower a bit before the last sale and put an RRA LPK in without issue. Runs just fine I am able to fit two non NEA uppers on the lower without any issues.
