I'm sure it's been said many times before, but they are excellent to deal with. I called them about a part (black plastic piece you put you shell holder on in the hand priming tool) that broke on me and he said since it's a pain for us Canadians to get stuff up there, he'd send me two sets instead of the one I was willing to pay for. All free of charge. Can't beat that.

Yep they are awesome. My chargemaster went wonky and they told me to smash it with a hammer and take pictures. I had a new one in about a week.

I got 3/4 the way through 60 or so .308 brass (once fired) and the center resizing bit (can't remember the exact name of the piece) bent on me. Called the place where I bought them and they wouldn't do anything so I thought I'd call down and see if they would help me at RCBS...

The guy on the other end said no problem and asked for my mailing address.

I said how much do I owe you and he said nothing and even said he was throwing in 3 or 4 de-capping pin-thingys cause those break and bend all the time. (hasn't happened to me yet)

Couldn't be happier..

Agree many companies could take a course from rcbs on how to take care of your customers. Been like that since I have been reloading which is why when I bought all new gear last fall they got all the business. Lee is so so when it comes to replacing parts unless they changed in the last few years.

I have a digital scale of theirs that has never worked from day 1 with batteries (works only when plugged in). The impression I got when I contacted them about it was that they'd rather not deal with it and that I should buy another companies products in the future.

Are you sure you talked to RCBS direct sure doesn't sound like it. I got the same song and dance when I talked to the dealer I bought my scale etc through but not when I spoke to RCBS. For giggles google rcbs customer service and there is not a shooting or reloading forum out there not singing their praises. They replaced my chargemaster at zero cost to me and I didnot even have to send the old one back. Very strange they would not replace your scale.

I had the same thing happen with my priming tool, and had pretty much the same experience. Love RCBS!
