bullpups

Haha just ribbin ya Kevin. :) most people that try my FS think it's the coolest thing since sliced bread. Then again, no Tavor to side by side compare.

M37 is the beltfed mg coming in the spring... I gotta keep up with Kevin and his 1919a4. ;)

I should say, I never really got bit by the belt-fed bug or saw the allure - which isn't to say they aren't a neat rifle. Which is totally cool; more funds to invest in some other cool toys I get to play around with...

The allure?.......I see the allure, 250 round capacity, non restricted...........drool......and yes, my pre order is in!

Is that like the fabled X95? ;)

Try the EE or some of the sponsoring dealers.
The x95 can be converted to 9mm, not 10mm.

So can someone explain to me why all the Tavors in Canada have the longer barrel?
I'd love to get one like the one I was issued, but it had the shorter barrel. Any chance that that will become available?

Yes, we know... ;) The Tavors in Canada have a longer barrel to meet the requirements of non-restricted status (which means it can be shot anywhere, and doesn't need to be registered). Yes, you can find the odd shorter CTAR barrel floating around - but as mentioned, that does change the status. I have one in the CTAR configuration - and it is nice.

Ahhh ok, gotcha. With the shorter barrel does it become restricted or prohibited?

Well in the spirit of things, the lower one was my baby for a while, although it wasn't Canadian... I'd like to own one again someday lol.
