You can get Lapua from Hirsch Precision or buy Sellier and Bellot or Prvi Partisan amm at most shops for the same price and shoot and reload it.

^^^ all good brass, lapua being the best. I think I got most of mine from Budget shooter supply. Best prices on live ammo or brass

Just checked and the Prvi stuff is $65/100. Can't find any other 7.62x54R brass on their site. Still a pretty decent price though.
