Tavor Bipod

I can see how a simpleton may confuse a thigh master for a rifle bipod. Since both have 2 legs and join in the centre.

Why not waste someone else's time with ridiculous jokes. I opened this thread because I thought this site was serious about helping people.

why don't you try behaving like an adult, new fish? Guns are fun and so are gunnuts.

I didn't notice the thread had been updated with the video. After having had a chance to watch it, my initial take is that it sucks. There has to be at least 1" of play in the legs when firing - which is gonna translate into "Acog Eye". ;) Not too mention adding a few MOA... I'll stick with my Atlas. It's rock solid, and by mounting it under the hand guard it has the added advantage of being able to extend it forward (as opposed to along the sides). If someone does get one, please post a review.

Maybe try a Thigh master?

Hehe. That was funny. Sorry to the OP but that post was pretty good. It might not directly help you but it will get others to read the whole thread. I've been waiting years for the real Tavor bipod to be for sale over here.

Ok, so been doing a little digging and APPARENTLY that bipod was a custom order for the IDF from TDI at the time (now CAA). So for those interested you can try contacting those companies, but good luck. I wouldn't get my hopes up too high. Just stick a Harris bipod on it, it's what the rest of the IDF uses. X95 uses a short Harris bipod anyways...

Ok I'd like to apologize for my reply to the thighmaster post. I'll be sure to think twice before I post any replies.

Back to business I have a coworker friend heading back to Israel and he has agreed to contact some of his military friends about the bipod. If he can he'll be buying me a set. It's a far shot but it's all I've got. Hopefully he can figure out a way for me to order them online and I will gladly share that information. Seems a lot of people are as interested as I am.

I'll know in about a month.
