I don't know if this should be in the rimfire or not, so sorry in advance.

Can this stock be had in Canada? It looks like a lot of fun to play with (sans suppressor of course).

is it Thursday already?
would love to have it but the almighty powers forbid it, something about more bunnies dying and its ability for both bear defense and shooting into space

Did I miss a day? Is it bullpup Thursday already? :p

No. Any drop in bullpup stock that the rifle can still function in an original standard stock is prohib.

The Tavor was built as a pup so it's not as scary. ;)

There's no answer that makes any sense, so we'll just leave it at that.

Why not?! Are you seriously trying to mount a logical argument against our current guns laws?!

"Because we said so!!!"....is the only reason the Liberals needed, and we're stuck with it until we can convince the powers that be that we can be trusted with such a device.

Guess I'll just have to settle for a non restricted semi auto .50BMG rifle, much safer!!!

My bad! I had no idea! I thought this would have been ok because the stock itself didn't contain any firearms parts, but rather was a shell that contained parts for a NR .22lr rifle (the latter of which would be bought in Canada).

Actually, if it was the other way around it would be fine. The problem is that it's just a stock and not firearm action integral to the stock. That's why Tavor = and this = H:S:

In that situation the stock is prohibited in Canada, in the opposite situation, where the stock is an integral part of the firearm/is the receiver, it is non-restricted. eg: the Tavor is non-restricted.
