Spoiled powder???

How do I know if it's applied or still usable?

otherwise load a couple rounds and see how they perform?

is the area it's stored in humid?

The powder was left open in the basement where a dehumidifier is about 15 feet away.

I have multiple Chargemasters, one of which is dedicated to Varget. I keep the hopper top open on it all the time, and there has been no issue whatsoever.
