I have a 6x24 POSP that I ordered from East Wave. I ordered the SVD mount as well as it will work for the CZ858. It came direct from Belarus in the mail and didn't get held up at customs.
I haven't mounted it yet and I might consider selling it if I don't mount it this winter. Too many other unfinished projects.......

He takes your money and your order and relays it to Belomo in Belarus. That way his costs are minimal and Belomo gets a bigger slice.

My order went through fine.
 
Reliable in Vancouver use to have some, haven't been there in awhile so not sure if they still do but they did have a good selection
