Mossberg 715t flat top stock swap?

Does anyone know if the Mossberg 715t flat top fixed stock is interchangeable with mossberg collapsible stock or aftermarket collapsible stock? And, if so, where can one be found?

That's hilarious. I just read something about that. Is it really that simple? Is it legal? Doesn't change it to restricted class or anything, does it?

If I recall correctly, it's an import/export thing. It's fine once it's here, but it can't cross the border like that.

Nope, perfectly legal. The reason stocks are pinned on some guns is because US companies have some red tape to cut through before they can export guns with "evil" features such as a collapsing stock (or a threaded muzzle) and will often start exporting before all of the permissions are in place.

Collapsible stocks are perfectly fine here and the Mossberg tactical with a fully collapsed stock remains non-restricted.
