So, wondering what the general opinions on this stuff is? how is the accuracy, cleanliness, overall quality and how is the brass for re-loading?

How would it compare to the current bulk players like AE, Norinco, PMC, ect?

Its priced about the same as the AE black box .223 stuff, so if its a bit better it might not be a bad buy.

Thanks.

S&B .223 is excellent ammo...Quality brass and it's reloadable....Out of my AR it's one of the most accurate stuff I have....Very clean shooting....

If you can find it, buy it...I do at every chance I get...

I've found it to be very good stuff. I bought 1000 rounds of it from SFRC and my classic green loves it. Shoots better than the AE I've tried.

I have shot only about 1300 rounds of S&B and have no complaints about it: Most of those rounds were through a Beretta 92fs and not one failure. The rifle rounds I've shot by S&B are good for factory rounds, although my particular rifles didn't group sub moa in their respective calibers like my handloads would but that is completely acceptable and normal (you will understand if you handload). You will not be disappointed in the quality of S&B ammunition: Brass is good to. I have no hesitation buying, and I have a preference towards S&B.

I found a dealert that has S&B 5.56, costs more and packaged in a blue box similar to the boxes that all the surplus 7.62x39 comes in. any info on thi stuff? Is it commercial or military? Corrosive?

If it's true 5.56, then it would be military grade ammo...That also accounts for the higher cost....All .223 and 5.56 ammo is non corrosive.....

Buy, buy, buy....(Then, buy some more!)

Great stuff.

Ran it in my S&W M&P15 and Rem 700 heavy barrel. Pretty decent accuracy for factory ammo. Never had a failure to feed, failure to fire or failure to eject.
