There are many 'Chassis' rifles now. Even Eberlestock and Remington have models out.

It's not " consealed carry". It's an NR rifle being transported in a backpack. Ccw is for pistols and Americans. I don't think it'll fit in an IWB holster.

This might sound stupid, but, Does it actually come with an optic? All the pics I've seen online has the full kit with a NIghtforce optic on it.

No it doesnt, but as one if not the most precise rifle commecialy made, it deserve the best, i just fitted a S&B 5X25X56 P4LF 2FP on mine... JP.

Dont get me wrong for most part of the year the Nemesis was coupled with a Sightron ( for the money spent, the best on the market ) and i did make a great team to make tiny groups @ long distance, but now the big boy have to join the big boy's club... JP.
