I have been reloading my .308 remmy for a short while now and have been looking into other loads.
I came across some cheap 110gn Speer Deepcurl .308 rounds I want to try.
I only have varget powder, but I cannot find any real data charts for this.
the best data I found was a 48gn recipe.
I am just wondering if others know of anything similar?
I have also read that varget may not be the best powder for this setup, but it was all I had.
only thing Id be using these for is either a bit of plinking or possible yote hunting.

Thanks.

Varget is probably too slow for the 110's. Some 4198, H322 or Benchmark would be a better powder. You'll be safe with 48 of varget, but it certainly won;t give you the best velocities. If you have a tight twist like a 1:10, that may be too much for the 110's anyway.

I used 47 gr of Varget with Sierra 110 gr Blitzking. They were crazy accurate and made soccer ball sized holed in groundhogs.

oh perfect... I made up a few from 46gn to 50gn..
Ill test each one looking at the case and such to check for over pressures.
I cant wait to test them, now if the snow would co-operate.
