Here's mine right after I got it built. It isn't big but it sure is sturdy! It's all scrap from work so this bench cost me about $25 to build. I have since attached the light that you can sort of make out laying on the bottom shelf to the underside of the top shelf. I'll have to take an updated picture now that I have it up and running.
In the process of building rebuilding my reloading area. Found these on Vancouver Craigslist just picked them up today. Oak plywood with solid oak edging all varnished 9'7" long by 2'1" width and 1.5" thick $30 a piece so i picked up 3.

Thanks. The table tops are old 3.5x12 window headers we pulled out of a house we gutted for a major reno. They were cupped a lot so I reverse cupped them doweled them together and slowly got it flat or close to it on both sides. I couldn't put them through a planer as there are still a few chunks nail in them. The legs are engineered two story wall stud cut offs.
Well here's my new one its an 8 foot version of the nmra bench. Previous to this I had an old desk that my Grampa had made for my mother with a lee turret bolted to the top.
But now I've got the 550 and decided it was upgrade time.

That's one serious reloading bench, makes mine look silly.
Put a shelf higher up for my scale, definitely makes measuring
more comfortable.
I'll take one of those powder dispensers off your hands... It'll decrease your clutter......
I'll get a picture of mine here one day. Pretty neat old desk, but basic set-up. As mentioned, I need to raise my scale. I don't mind using a beam, but the bending over to confirm exactly level is tiring.

Hi guys! thought I would show a pic of my bench/loading room.
I used to use a Dillon RL550 progressive, but I "Advanced" to this Rock chucker set up. Simple, basic, and very dependable!
It has loaded a retarded amount of ammo for me and another gentleman that I purchased it from back in about 1989. It has blessed me with ammo that is within .002"or less for concentricity for many thousands of rounds! It has and,still produces ammo that can shoot close to MOA out to 1760+yards.
It can be slow compared to some new equipment, but my RCBS 1500 ChargeMaster sped that up considerably! Hope you enjoy the picture!

Here're some pixes of my humble setup...I wish I had more room, but what the heck. At least I don't need to use C-Clamps anymore since coming up with this slide-in solution. Very stable and really easy to secure with just one wingnut...if even. The table base itself is the Black and Decker workmate, which I built a larger top with a back and sides so stuff doesn't slide off.
Overall setup:
I've actually run out of room for powder...should've built a bigger cabinet...yeah, hindsight...
The ever dependable Rockchucker....
And of course, the Lee...
When not in use, the other press just sits on the shelf which I made out of extra wood from when I changed out some of my facia boards at the roof of the house. I'm pretty pleased at the shelf supports, which are just scraps of 2x2 that I had lying around...they're actually a cantilevered design that can hold immense weight. So I can pile up cast boolits to the ceiling I think, if I had that many.
