AR first build help

Can anyone tell me a good spot or a link that will give me a list of components and instruction. I know there are lots out there but maybe one of you preferred a particular site. I've got a lower and lower parts kit thus far
 
Google and the search function is your friend, this question has been answered more than twice already... sorry for the snarky response, this question comes up once or twice a week, and there's lots of good intel on this site

If you were sorry for the snarky response, you wouldn't have posted a snarky response. We all know the search function on this forum sucks the big one, so why can't you either be helpful, or just skip the threads that are obviously going to annoy you just based on the title. I'm brand new to building an AR myself, and found the helpful people on this board to be of great service in my build.

Probably one of the best series of video clips and pdf downloads can be found at Brownells. They have expanded the series since I first downloaded them 6 years ago. All the clips are in one place so you don't have to search through tons of youtube clips to find the ones you need.. At the link you'll find all of the clips plus pdf downloads for instructions etc.

While I could have just done what you did, and post a link to an existing thread, I told the op that it's available if he's willing to invest a little time. The search function isn't all bad, unless you're looking for something really specific then it gets a little tricky... however doing a quick search on "AR build" yields 6 pages of posts and quite a few of them contain lots of good information, ranging from instructions to troubleshooting tips, so it's worth the time to glance through them. Even with the thread you posted, he'll still have to read through it and decide on his own what's important to him and what's garbage.

There's nothing wrong with being a newb, as we're all newbs at some point in our lives, however it doesn't hurt to do some research first and then ask questions about the stuff you don't understand.

Also, if you didn't like what I wrote, then you could have just skipped over responses that are obviously going to annoy you just based on the content. ;)
