Where to buy Sig P226 Recoil Spring - Brownells won't ship due to some regulation

I need 9mm Recoil Spring for the p226 (orange tip). brownells wont ship it to canada because something about the manufacturer not being registered. whatever the reason i can't get the part from them. Questar has it as a part kit (i dont need all the other stuff) but i want to get the spring stand alone.

anyone know of a local dealer?
 
Other than Questar I don't think anyone else would sell it separately. You may eventually need the other parts depending on how much you shoot this pistol. Nothing wrong with having back up parts for when you need it.
 
Try Numrich if you can't find in Canada... I too had that stupid reason, "Manufacturer not Registered to Export" for some Desert Eagle mags on Brownell's.
 
my stock one is orange. its color coded, orange is for 9mm, green for .40 or .357
checked numrich, they have it but shipping it over is nearly double the cost of the item. so not worth it. lol

I replaced my springs with Wolff springs and they are good to go. Works great in my P226. If you are near 5,000 rounds with your pistol, I suggest that you buy the whole kit and do the overhaul.
 
Does any one else sell Sig parts in Canada? Questar is out of stock on the p226 parts kit, and their website says 12-24 weeks for a backorder. I want some of these parts (and some others).
