Options for O/U 20ga Grouse gun?

A bit considering I have a 20 gauge on the EE right now for less than your budget. lol

Also have a ithaca/skb 100 in 20 gauge, 25" barrels, imp cyl / mod chokes..super light, super fast pointing, makes for a great grouse gun..and bunnies as well..

The Ithica/SKB looks like a nice gun, I like the shorter barrel as well.

With your budget, I must agree with cote_b. The choice is rather limited...

Dont have any experience with any of these, but to fit that bill, Stoeger Condor, Mossberg Silver Reserve, Bailkal IZH-27 and Stevens 512 come to mind.

Just stopped at SAIL on way home from TAC ORD and shouldered a couple Brownings. I'm in love, looks like I will have to save a bit more......like double! Didn't like the straight stock but that's not on every model.

I have an older Win 101 20 gauge and its my favorite gun for grouse, actually its my favorite shotgun period and my other guns are a Beretta and Benelli. Accuracy Plus in Peterborough had an older one when I there a couple of weeks ago.
